Ordering Information

Place An Order:

order. Please remember,
normal business hours are 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST.
Processing
Of Orders:
All
orders must be confirmed by fax or mail before order will
be processed. Terms for payment will be arranged before any
items are shipped.
Please note if order is paid for by credit card, there is a 3% credit card processing fee added to the total.
Cancellation
of Orders:
Please be sure to call if you need to cancel your order. This
will help to expedite the cancellation
before items are shipped. If any items have been shipped,
it will be the responsibility
of the purchaser for any freight charges incurred.
Shipping
Information:
All
items are shipped FOB: Manufacturer. Please call for freight
rates before shipping.We will try to ship all orders the most
economical way possible. Please remember to inspect all packages
for any damage or shortages before accepting any shipment.
Make notes of any damages or discrepancies at the time of
delivery with the delivery driver.
Returns:
No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.
Please call for “Return Goods Authorization” (RGA)
number before returning any items. All return freight charges
are at the customer’s expense, unless otherwise authorized
by a representative of Atlas Chairs & Tables.
Warranty:
Atlas
Chairs & Tables offers the same warranty as the manufacturer.
Please call for any questions you may have concerning the
manufacturers warranty.
